62 indictments returned by grand jury

A Henderson County grand jury returned 62 true bills, according to information released by District Attorney R. Scott McKee. Indicted were:
• Jackie Martez Guthrie, 22, Frankston, capital murder and theft of firearm,
• Donald Handlin, 51, Mabank, boating while intoxicated third or more,
• Donald James Fisher, 40, Palestine, burglary of a habitation,
• Teresa Michelle Whitt, 24, Eustace, burglary of a habitation,
• Pepper Lee Pensak, 66, Chandler, theft of property $1,500 < $20,000,
• Marlin Dale Belcher, 56, Athens, failure to comply with sex offenders registration requirements,
• Tayna Sheree Willis, 38, Dallas, theft of service $1,500 < $20,000,
• John Paul Cathey Jr., 45, Eustace, failure to comply with sex offenders registration requirements,
• Hank July Hustead, 21, Montalba, two counts of aggravated assault on a public servant, two counts of attempted aggravated assault on a public servant, two counts of assault of a public servant, evading arrest with motor vehicle/deadly weapon and attempted aggravated assault with a deadly weapon,
• Charles Darrell Joles-Redwine, 43, Kemp, assault family violence by strangulation and assault family violence with prior convictions,
