UPDATE: 4 rifles stolen from Tyler Walmart

Tyler police are searching for at least two individuals believed to have stolen several rifles from a local Walmart.

Tyler police are searching for at least two individuals believed to have stolen several rifles from a local Walmart.
Don Martin, public information officer for the department, said officers continue to investigate the incident that happened this morning at the Walmart on Texas Highway 64 west and Loop 323
Around 1:30 a.m. surveillance video shows a white male suspect breaking into the gun case in the sporting goods section and removing four rifles. The white male was accompanied by a white female suspect who acted as a look-out,” he said.
Martin said video surveillance showed the suspect placing the rifles in a shopping cart along with a gun bag and hunting jacket.
The suspects removed the stolen merchandise from the store without paying for the items.
Martin said the suspects got into a silver Dodge or Chrysler mini-van with only one hubcap on the left rear wheel.
Anyone with information about the suspects involved in this crime is urged to contact the Tyler Police Department, at 903-531-1000, or Crimestoppers at 903-597-2833.
Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case or any felony case.
