Permit filed for medical offices on McDonald Road

CVC Phoenix Holdings filed a permit to build out a 6,972-square-foot medical office space at 2608 McDonald Road for Cardiovascular Consultants’ Noninvasive Imaging Phase II. WRL General Contractors, of Flint, is the contractor for the $1.26 million project.

The Manziel Family Rental Partnership Ltd. is remodeling a 4,320-square-foot space for Title Max, at 6784 S. Broadway Ave., for $29,100. Work includes demolition, drywall, acoustical, finishes, furniture, electrical, plumbing and interior remodel.

Vascular Specialists of East Texas filed a demolition permit to do a tear out for a remodel at a 4,700-square-foot commercial space at 1040 S. Fleishel. Sentry General Contractors is the contractor for the $24,000 project.

Sue Oden, of Oden’s Plant Farm in Jacksonville, filed a temporary use permit for agriculture sales in the Broadway Square Mall parking lot, at 4601 S. Broadway Ave., from Sept. 21 through Oct. 21.

Sign permits were filed by Allen Samuels Hyundai, 3120 SSW Loop 323, $16,000, Leon’s Signs Inc.; New Balance, 7278 Old Jacksonville Highway, $10,500, City Sign Services Inc., of Dallas; and Rusty Taco, 7922 S. Broadway Ave., $2,500, City Sign Services.


RESIDENTIAL
TCMC is constructing a 3,913-square-foot home at 5424 Westchester for $265,000.

Habitat for Humanity of Smith County is building a 1,348-square-foot house at 1215 Whitten Ave. for $70,000.

PATH is clearing and grading land at 708 and 716 W. Queen St. for new house construction.

Samuel R. Cooper is repairing fire damage at 2706 N. Tenneha for $4,000.

Driveway permits were filed by Benito’s Concrete, 501 S. Baxter; Nacho Concrete, 7756 Cherryhill; Francis Concrete, 1318 Old Farm and 3220 Elm St.; and Whole Enterprise, 518 and 530 Hunters Court.

There also were 11 HVAC permits filed.
