Couple whose 2-year-old was found dead in septic tank charged with child endangerment
SMITH COUNTY (KYTX) - Smith County detectives arrested David and Sabrina Kimbley today on five counts of child endangerment, one for each of their living children.
The arrest followed a hearing in which Child Protective Services successfully argued to keep those five children in foster care and bar their parents from visiting them.
The Kimbleys are still under investigation for possible capital murder in the death of 2-year-old Jake Kimbley last week. Jake's body was found in a septic tank.
