CHB Interests LLC, of Selman City, is finishing a 3,018-square-foot commercial property at Broadway Hills Plaza, Building 10, at 7925 S. Broadway Ave. Kessinger Development Group is the contractor for the for $90,000 project.
Bert McKinzey is finishing a new 1,200-square-foot building for Great Clips at 7010 Highlands Lane. McCaa Construction, of Flint, is the contractor for the $45,000 project.
