Man wanted for aggravated robbery

Authorities in Rusk County are asking the public to help them locate a Henderson man accused of robbery.
Ernesto Mendoza III, 21, of Henderson, is wanted by the Henderson Police Department for aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony.
On Wednesday, Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper David Haney arrested another suspect, Christopher Michael Mendoza, 19, of Price, during a traffic stop, according to a news release. Rusk County Precinct 5 Justice of the Peace Judge Joe Sorrells set his bond at $75,000.
A third suspect, Michael “Mikey” Angelo Henderson Jr., 18, of Henderson, had turned himself in at the McLennan County Jail in Waco as of Thursday afternoon.
Anyone who sees the wanted suspect should call local law enforcement immediately and should not attempt to apprehend, a news release states. Anyone with information on their location may call the Henderson Police Department, Rusk County Sheriff’s Office or Rusk County Crime Stoppers.
Rusk County Crime Stoppers will pay a reward up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of Ernesto Mendoza III.
