Grand jury hands down indictments

A Cherokee County grand jury handed down indictments July 23. The indictments, released Friday, are:

Andrew Tarver, 21, Whitehouse, three counts possession of controlled substance, June 28, 2011;

Kerrie Sides, 35, Rusk, burglary of habitation, Dec. 2, 2011;

Jeremy Sides, 19, Jacksonville, burglary of habitation, Dec. 2, 2011;

Erline Devereaux, 23, Alto, evading arrest with vehicle, March 3;

Milton Attaway, 26, Rusk, five counts credit/debit card abuse, March 22;

Christina Hendrick, 32, Rusk, possession of controlled substance, Nov. 30, 2011;

Rock Conner, 32, Palestine, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, March 31;

Warren Watts, 43, Rusk, evading arrest with a vehicle-enhanced, May 27;

Louis Watts Jr., 28, Jacksonville, two counts burglary of habitation and one count theft, Jan. 10, 2010;

Tiffany Jones, 33, Jacksonville, two counts burglary of habitation and one count theft, Jan. 10, 2010;
