An arrest warrant has been issued for a Ben Wheeler man in the fatal crash that occurred on April 1 on Texas 64 in Smith County.

After completing the investigation into the crash that killed Jacky Wayne Johnston of Tyler, the DPS Troopers are looking for Eduardo Viramontes of Ben Wheeler
After being presented with probable cause, Judge Christi Kennedy of the 114th District Court signed the warrant of arrest for Viramontes. The offense of accident involving personal injury of death is a felony 3 was signed on August 2, with a recommended bond of $250,000.
