Speakers include Bobby Garmon, chief deputy of the Smith County Sheriff’s Office; Gary Pinkerton, assistant chief deputy of the Smith County Sheriff’s Office; Sabrina Dean, Smith County Juvenile Probation Department; Clifton Roberson, defense attorney; Mrs. Chris Roberson, school counselor; and the Rev.
