UPDATE: Judge Sets Sentencing Date In Illegal Plastic Surgery Case
UPDATE: 11:30 a.m.
Judge Russell has set the sentencing date for Carmel Foster to be August 31st. Foster is facing a minimum of two years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

After being rescheduled yesterday, the trial for the Tyler hair stylist accused of giving clients illegal breast and buttock injections is under way.
Judge Russell has announced that Carmel Foster has wished to enter a guilty plea.
Foster says she does not want a trial by jury and has agreed to plea guilty to two counts of practicing medicine illegally. Both counts are 3rd degree felonies.
