Trinity Mother Frances Files Demolition Permits
Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics filed demolition permits for four residences and one commercial property.
Residences to be demolished by the hospital include a two-story, 1,100-square-foot house at 423 W. Douglas Blvd. for $3,000; a 2,060-square-foot duplex at 415 and 417 Douglas for $7,200; an 1,100-square-foot house at 1025 E. Dawson St. for $5,200; and a 1,700-square-foot house at 1029 E. Dawson for $5,200. Mother Frances also filed a demolition permit for work at a 1,600-square-foot commercial office building at 802 E. Front St. Tyler Demolition is the contractor for the projects.
There were no commercial building permits filed with the city for this week's report.
Sign permits included Fast Fuels Convenience Store, 2524 Shiloh Road, $10,000, Jimmy Muckberry (agent), JM American Canopies; Scrubbies, 6461 Old Jacksonville Highway, $5,000, Keith Sewell, Leon's Signs; Cardiovascular Associates of East Texas, 1783 Troup Highway, $2,500, Kirkland Sign Co. Inc.; Mercedes Benz of Tyler, 3274 Professional Drive, $2,500, Leon's Signs Inc.; and SVdP Thrift Store, 500 S. Vine, $200, Jane Manley, Gary McClure.
RESIDENTIAL
Kelley Developments is constructing a 4,460-square-foot house at 1318 Old Farm Road for $475,000.
Trent Williams Construction is building a 5,356-square-foot home for $425,486 at 2015 Equestrian Drive.
Sharp Image Homes, of Lindale, filed two permits to construct a 1,918-square-foot home at 327 Utah for $120,000; and a 1,609-square-foot house at 331 Utah for $120,000.
Dennis H. Walker is building a 2,038-square-foot home at 230 Dayton St. for $94,000. Walker & Associates Construction is the contractor.
John McDougald is building a glass room modular outdoor kitchen at 643 Whiteoak Lane for $39,725. Glenwood Blind & Awning is the contractor.
Maria Garcia is repairing her home at 703 W. Glenwood after a truck hit it. Work includes exterior brick repair, paint, window replacement, trim and interior drywall, framing, paint and carpet. Brown Construction, of Athens, is the contractor for the $13,000 project.
Lowe's filed permits to replace windows for: Tim Johnson, 3311 Sandlewood, five windows, $2,043; Linda Miller, 1523 Kensington Drive, two windows, $584; Bob Bandy, 1029 E. Amherst Drive, seven windows, $2,481; and Coral Weaver, 4808 Inverness Drive, 11 windows, $4,944.
Sears Home Improvement is replacing nine windows and one door for William Longacre at 6709 Vivian Court for $13,981.
THD At-Home Services is replacing one window for Paul Gillispie at 1627 Cumberland for $861.
Troy McGraw, of ARC, filed three permits for mobile homes at 2525 Shiloh Road.
Driveway permits were filed by Francis Concrete, 5822 Thompson Lane; and Gonzalez Concrete, 6937 Park Slope.
There were also 12 HVAC permits filed.
