UPDATE: Fire At Trailer Manufacturing Plant In Troup Under Control
A fire at the Neckover Trailer Manufacturing plant in Troup is under control, according to Jim Seaton, Smith County fire marshal.
Seaton said the fire began in a shed and threatened other buildings at one point.
Troup and Arp fire departments battled the blaze, with support from firefighters from Whitehouse and Bullard.
