Continued Hot, Dry
The ridge of high pressure aloft is expected to weaken with part of it slipping westward by the end of the week. Temperatures will challenge or reach 100 degrees again today and Thursday before backing off a few degrees under the weakening high.
High temperatures Friday through the weekend will be in the mid- to upper-90s. Lows will stay in the mid-70s. Skies will be sunny to mostly sunny through the next seven days.
There is still no significant chance of rain in the forecast.
