No War With Iran, June 24
There is more and more talk of action against the nation of Iran for “possible attempts” to enrich uranium and create nuclear weapons. We are employing sanctions and have propagated cyber attacks against that nation, possibly with the help of the nation of Israel.

However it is stretching things to assume that Iran could be capable of threatening the U.S. Currently the U.S. has thousands of nuclear weapons and the means to deliver them. Israel also is believed to have between 80-200 nukes with Dolphin class subs capable of firing up to 24 nuclear weapons that were acquired from Germany. We should be advocating and actively pursuing nuclear disarmament for all nations including the U.S. and Israel. Until we do this other nations will feel threatened and pursue having nukes of their own. Pakistan and India are both currently armed with nuclear weapons as is North Korea, etc.

Israel has never signed the nuclear non-proliferation treaty or even admitted its possession of nuclear weapons although an Israeli, Moradcai Vununu, who worked in the Dimona nuclear facility in Israel, revealed with photos and evidence the fact that Israel possessed and continued to manufacture nuclear weapons. So it is a bit hypocritical for Israel to threaten another nation with a military attack for what it has already done itself. I am with Ron Paul who said Israel can take care of itself without any money or assistance from the US taxpayers.

We have already engaged in a war with Iraq over WMD’s which it turned out they did not possess just as they said. This war cost the US trillions not including the damage to our military personnel and the loss of civilian life there. We want to do it again with Iran.
