Bullard Resident Pearline Williams Celebrates 106
Pearline Williams of Bullard recently celebrated her 106th birthday.
Her parents, Luke and Bessie, moved to the Bullard area in 1906. Ms. Williams has spent most of herl life in the Antioch community.
In an interview on her 100th birthday, Ms. Williams recalled as a child coming into Bullard by foot or wagon and seeing one of the first automobiles used in the small town.
Although she never had children, she has many step-children and step-grandchildren.
“I am blessed she said,” in a news story about 100th birthday, “I am hardly sad about anything.”
