Woodcrest Files Permits To Finish Retail Spots At Olde English Village
Woodcrest Management, of Fort Worth, filed permits to finish eight retail white boxes at Olde English Village, 3500 S. Broadway Ave.
Work includes demising wall, restroom, ceiling grid and lighting. Units, ranging from 927 square feet to 1,154 square feet, include suites 301 for $14,938; 302 for $14,952; 303 for $16,156; 304 for $12,978; 305 for $13,006; 306 for $13,020; 308 for $15,694; and 312 for $16,156.
Bryan Clarke is building out a 1,612-square-foot structure for an office for Brad and Mark Brookshire at 969 Pruitt Place for $40,000. Abby Development is the contractor.
