Storms Possible
As the work week resumes, so will the chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms across East Texas — especially by this evening. Look for a cold front to sag just north of Interstate 20 this evening, helping to spark a few showers and thunderstorms.
The Storm Prediction Center has outlined the area along and especially north of I-20 in a slight risk area for severe weather during this same time frame.
Rainfall chances will increase as we get into Tuesday and Tuesday afternoon, as the front is expected to be stalled in the area.
