Marvin United Methodist Files For Expansion
Marvin United Methodist Church filed a permit for $855,000 of work on its 6,000-square-foot Herd Worship Center expansion, including adding a balcony and stairwell with interior upgrades at 300 W. Erwin St. RPR Construction Co. Inc. is the contractor.
The W.B. Houston Estate is building the 4,688-square-foot Ceaugry & W.B. Houston Center, at 802 W. Cochran, for $475,000. Ed Thompson Construction is the contractor.
Diamond Wire Spring is adding on to its 5,500-square-foot building at 4501 Candy Lane for $320,027. Don G. Fazio, of Glenshaw, Penn., is the owner and Metal Buildings by McM Inc. is the contractor.
Bishop T.K. Gorman Regional Catholic School is renovating its 1,200-square-foot high school chemistry lab, at 1405 ESE Loop 323, for $110,000. Work includes replacing cabinets and desks, removing a wall and adding a doorway to a class. Woodland Builders, Inc. is the contractor.
TW Probation is expanding its offices at 1700 SSE Loop 323 No. 400. Pyle Properties is the owner and contractor for the $49,000 project.
Delek Refining, Ltd. is clearing trees and stumps for a future crude storage tank at 1990 E. Commerce St. for $48,000. DKM Contracting is the contractor.
Tyler Cardiac & Endovascular Center is repairing a block wall and removing a fence at 1621 S. Broadway Ave. for $6,500. Dale Welch Builder Inc. is the contractor.
