Wonderful Program, May 27
RAVES: I really cannot say enough about this wonderful program called FitSteps For Life. I found FitSteps For Life after being diagnosed with ocular melanoma about six months ago. FSFL, which is at First Christian Church Life Center, is an exercise program essential to your cancer survival. I just wanted to thank the staff and volunteers. They are all professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. You are always greeted by name and they show a genuine concern for your health. When you exercise, it is with other cancer survivors who have experienced the same physical and psychological changes that you may have.
FSFL is a program of a nonprofit organization, Cancer Foundation for Life. FSFL is provided to participants free by the generous donations of individual donors, foundations, grants and health care provider to CFFL. What a great program. Keep up the good work. Thanks for all you do.
