UT Tyler Gives Diplomas To 842
The University of Texas at Tyler recognized 842 degree candidates at spring 2012 commencement ceremonies Friday and Saturday.
Commencement speakers were Dr. Kirk Calhoun, UT Health Science Center at Tyler president and Todd Staples, Texas Department of Agriculture commissioner.
President Rod Mabry gave remarks. Dr. Donna Dickerson, interim provost and vice president for academic affairs, presented and certified doctoral degree candidates
