Weekend Looks Dry
The rain has ended and the weather looks warm and dry through the weekend. High temperatures will be in the upper 80s to 90 degrees with lows in the mid-60s. Winds will be from the south at 5 to 10 mph. There will be a slight chance of showers or thunderstorms Monday and Tuesday. Tropical Storm Aletta formed off the Pacific coast of Mexico on Monday, just a few hours before the official start of hurricane season in the eastern Pacific Ocean. That ended 41 consecutive days without a tropical storm in the world, the longest such streak in more than 70 years.
