Graveside services for Kenneth Wayne Clifton, 76, of Carroll are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, May 17, in Dover Cemetery, Carroll, with Bro. Bob Smith officiating under direction of Hilliard Funeral Home, Van.
Kenneth passed away on May 12, 2012, at his home.
Kenneth was born Sept. 12, 1935, in Smith County to the late Doyle and Naoma Wright Clifton.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 48 years, Dianne Timmons Clifton of Carroll; three sons, Kent and wife Susan of Carroll, Keith of Tyler and Kasey and wife Stephanie of Lufkin; six wonderful grandchildren, Dillon, Carson, Kaleigh, Raycee, Kade and Kenley; mother-in-law, Fern Timmons of Van; brothers-in-law, Tim Timmons and wife Linda of Mineola and David Timmons and wife Shirley of Conroe; his beloved and faithful dog, Ringo; nieces and nephews; and his Aaxion family.
Kenneth was the owner and founder of Aaxion Inc. His first store was established in Tyler in 1979 and expanded over the years to locations in Longview, Lufkin and Ennis. His family, business and employees were a legacy he was proud of and dearly loved.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
