Good Friday Closings
Smith County offices will close today in observance of the Good Friday holiday. Regular office hours will resume Monday.
Some city of Tyler offices plan to close Friday in observance of Good Friday and all are to be closed on Easter.
Tyler Public Library, Tyler Transit, Tyler Municipal Court, Gallery Main Street, Tyler Parks and Recreation administrative office, Senior Citizens Center, Glass Recreation Center, Goodman Museum, Rose Garden Center and Tyler Water Utilities close today.
Offices that are typically open on Saturday will reopen that day with normal operating hours.
Tyler Solid Waste offices and Greenwood Farms Landfill, 12920 Farm-to-Market Road 2767, plan to remain open today. No changes to the garbage collection schedule are planned.
For emergencies regarding your water and/or sewer service, please call 903-597-6541.
Tyler Pounds Regional Airport also will be open through the holiday weekend, but the administrative offices are scheduled to close today.

Tyler ISD, Tyler Junior College and Texas College will be closed today.
All state and federal courts will be closed in observance of the holiday.
