Dance Performance Thursday At Caldwell
Caldwell Elementary Arts Academy will present a dance program, “I Love New York,” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. Students in each grade level will participate in a different dance routine for this event.

Andy Woods

Andy Woods Storybook Theatre by young audiences is at 1:45 p.m. Thursday. Storybook Theatre is an ensemble that has been performing for children for more than 11 years. They are members of the artist roster for the Texas Commission on the Arts and travel to Tyler at least once a year.

Caldwell

Tuesday Caldwell will have Muffins for Moms from 7:15 to 8 a.m. in the courtyard. Caldwell students that bring an adult may enjoy a special morning treat with them. Adult participants are encouraged to visit the PTA booth by the cafeteria and allow us to express our appreciation for your support of Caldwell and the PTA.

Caldwell Donuts with Dads is from 7:15 to 8 a.m. Thursday in the courtyard. Caldwell Stars who bring an adult may enjoy a special morning treat with them. Adult participants are encouraged to visit the PTA booth by the cafeteria and allow us to express our appreciation for your support of Caldwell and the PTA.

Clarkston

Clarkston Sign Language Classes is offering free classes through April 16 at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria. Sign Language Class is free and open to the public. All ages welcome. Dixie

Dixie Elementary Storybook Theatre by Young Audiences is at 8 a.m. Thursday.

John Tyler

Parents are invited for coffee and donuts from 9 to 10 a.m. today through Friday in the parent resources room to celebrate Texas public schools.

Orr

Foundation for Energy Education is funding a Mobile Offshore Learning Unit visit for Orr students from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday in the cafeteria.

About 110 students will spend the day rotating through the units consisting of six self-contained components with curriculum-based, hands-on learning activities about offshore energy topics.

St. Louis

St. Louis Early Childhood Center will celebrate public school week with different activities daily. Monday, the staff will read to classes; Tuesday, community members will read to classes; Wednesday, is awards assembly and Western day; Thursday, parents will read to classes; and Friday, is red, white and blue day

The St. Louis award assembly is from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. Wednesday in the cafeteria. Awards will be presented to students and volunteers.

Brook Hill

Middle and Upper School students participate in SPARC (Spring Potential and Reality Courses) Monday through Friday. The Lower School celebrates on Wednesday with their Honors Assemblies. Pre-K and first grade meet at 9:45 a.m. and second- through fifth-graders follow at 10:45 a.m.

Moms in Touch meet at 8:30 a.m. Thursday in the Log Cabin.

Fourth-graders share their Sky Ranch experience from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the Lower School Gathering Place.
