ROSES: I would like to say a hearty “amen” to the rave about Phoebe Luther-Mims that was written last week. She is the assistant to George Faber, TISD Director of Visual and Performing Arts who also is the best administrator in TISD. After working for 32 years as a music educator in TISD, I can honestly say that Phoebe and George are the best TISD has ever had. It was my privilege to work with two such pleasant, helpful, and competent individuals. They are the best!
