Champions For Children, Feb. 19
ROSES: I want to commend Champions for Children for bringing Carol Kranowitz as a speaker to Tyler audiences on Feb. 24. This upcoming symposium will be held at the UT Tyler campus from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will include lunch and a copy of the author’s book “The Out-of-Sync Child.”
Carol Kranowitz is an expert who sees children who are agitated, vague or discontent, and who refuse to participate in ordinary activities as “out-of-sync” children. These are the children who are picky eaters, have ADHD, or have confusing behaviors with whom the audience will relate.
Champions for Children, thank you for bringing such a world-class speaker to Tyler. Parents, teachers and professionals will thank you as well.
