Tyler Cardiac & Endovascular Center Finishing Space For Clinic
Tyler Cardiac & Endovascular Center is finishing 6,066-square-foot of space for a new clinic in the Green Acres Shopping Village.
New office and lab space is being built out in the existing structure, at 1769 Troup Highway, for $600,000.
Crest Properties, Ltd. is remodeling the 5,923-square-foot First Place office building at 100 E. Ferguson for $212,000. Work includes relocating the interior partitions and altering the restrooms.
Don and Judi Wright are constructing a 12,222-square-foot lease space to be finished later at Paluxy Place Mall, 8358 Paluxy Drive. Jayme Marcontell is the contractor for the $150,000 project.
Aberfeldy III, LP, is remodeling 3,400-square-feet of office space at Two American Center, Suite 530, 821 ESE Loop 323. Work includes enlarging two offices, adding walls for a server room and break room, new cabinets and relocating the sink. SCI Construction is the contractor for the $35,000 project.
Cole Frisby is extending the patio and adding a fire and water feature at Yamato, 2210 WSW Loop 323, for $20,000. The contractor is FNC Ponds Stone & Grass.
Bud Jones Garage filed a temporary use permit to make and sell crawfish at 504 E. Erwin St. from Jan. 23 through Feb. 5.
Hall Buick GMC filed a permit for a $500 sign at 3010 SSW Loop 323.

Jarrod Leisch is constructing a 6,226-square-foot home at 6811 Castle Pines Court for $400,000. Shaver Builders, of Palestine, is the contractor.
Jim Crane Homes, LLC, is constructing a 3,762-square-foot home at 6523 Emory Court for $255,000.
Starr Capital Investments, Ltd. is building a 3,374-square-foot home at 6545 Emory Court for $220,000.
Roger and Felicia Johnson are repairing fire damage to their media room and adding on laundry and family rooms and expanding the bedroom at 2324 Pinkerton St. for $87,000.
Joyce Tillman is rebuilding a home at 3129 Autumn Leaves Drive after a fire, including new electric, framing, A/C and turning the garage into a room with a bath. 4B's Construction is the contractor for the $65,000 project.
