RAVES: To the city of Tyler. My wonderful in-laws built a lovely garden home in 1979 across the street from Pollard Park. Our daughter has been living in the house for several years now. Recently, she began experiencing plumbing issues. We have had the pipes unclogged several times in recent weeks, and yet there still was a problem. We finally had the good sense to call American Plumbing Co., which put a camera in the sewer line to tell us what the problem might be. It was discovered that the connection to the city line and the house line was misaligned. When this was discovered, I called the city of Tyler water department and told them what the camera found and the various issues we have been experiencing. They had someone from the city within one hour knocking on the door. The city sent out their camera guy and they repaired the problem as soon as the weather permitted.

I was mentally prepared to have to wait and see how they would handle the situation. Handle the situation, they did. Thank you, city of Tyler and thank you American Plumbing Co. for your professionalism.
