Junior League Set For ‘Sweep’ Feb. 11 At Convention Center
Harvey Convention Center will be filled with everything from furniture to clothing for sale during the Junior League of Tyler’s Spring Sweep rummage sale 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Feb. 11
“There is a section devoted to children’s clothing and baby needs such as car seats, strollers, highchairs, play-pens, etc.,” said Leigh Ann Bugg, event committee member. “Basically, there is something for everyone at the sale.”

Other types of items available include appliances, books, computer equipment, books, clothing and furniture, organizers said.
Among businesses that donated items are Swann’s furniture, Cole & Company and Cavender’s. Private donors have donated china, silver settings and crystal serving pieces, organizers said.
Admission will be $3.
The Spring Sweep Committee members are Holly Hightower, chairman; Kim Farrell, sustaining adviser; Melissa Harper, Holly Burke, Katie Powell, Leigh Ann Camp, Kristin Thomas, Amy Wilson, Lisa Gardner, Jennifer Rippy, Jennifer Pierce, Marlene McDade, Marla Peer, Kimberly Sikes, Shannon Cooper and Leigh Ann Bugg.
The money raised is returned to the community through the projects of the Junior League.
