Brookshire Company Files Permit For New Super 1 Foods
Brookshire Grocery Company filed a building permit for its new Super 1 Foods store No. 610 at 1105 E, Gentry Parkway.
Construction of the 58,133-square-foot store will cost $7.5 million. The contractor is CD Henderson Construction Group, of Garland.
Century 21 Advantage is remodeling its 3,800-square-foot office building at 3722 South Park Drive for $41,000. Work includes repairing exterior and interior walls, replacing ceiling, carpet and paint. Fred and Kathryn Worthen are the owners and Sentry General Contractors, Inc. is the contractor.
Whataburger is replacing a drive-thru canopy that was damaged by a vehicle accident at 1919 W. Gentry Parkway. DKT Investments is the owner and L&M Construction is the contractor for the $18,000 project.
Pinnacle at North Chase is building a $12,000 fountain at 3651 N. Broadway Ave. Blue Haven Pools is the contractor.
Shelly Taylor is renovating a 1,400-square-foot space at 7924 S. Broadway Ave. No. 500 for Beauty Bar hair salon. BRKA, Inc. is the contractor for the $9,500 project.

Hamilton Park Construction, LLC, filed four permits for construction of a multi-family residence. The project includes a 1,991-square-foot unit for $105,000 and three 2,243-square-foot units for $110,000 each. They will be located at 421 W. Cumberland Nos. 701, 702, 703 and 704.
Robert and Laura Wilson are building a 7,900-square-foot home at 2065 Dressage Lane for $550,000. Mezayek Building, Ltd. is the contractor.
CFR Holding, LLC, is constructing a 4,351-square-foot home at 6584 Furman Court for $300,000. David Cooper Quality Homes, LLC, is the contractor.
David Carrazco filed two permits for a new duplex, which will include a 1,247-square-foot unit at 1129 E. Travis St. and a 1,226-square-foot unit at 1127 E. Travis St. for $60,000 each. Carrazco's Construction is the contractor.
Southwest Poolworks is building a $40,000 pool at 2085 Dressage.
Chris Moore is remodeling a home at 814 Pam for $25,000. BDF Construction is the contractor.
