Two Out-Of-State Businesses File Vendor Applications To Sell Products In Mall Parking Lot
Two out-of-state businesses filed transient vendor applications with the city of Tyler to sell their products in the Broadway Square Mall parking lot.
Anita Davis, of Frontier Steaks, of Foxworth, Miss., is selling frozen steaks through Feb 3.
Alan Marsh, of Marker Rugs and Art, from Clearwater, Fla., will be selling his wares through Feb. 19
Consolidated Electrical is adding on to an office at 2011 Partridge Drive for $4,400.
Maria Covarrubias is remodeling Quick & Healthy at 102 N. College, Suite 101, for $1,000.
Marcelo Diaz is doing plumbing work at the Donut Shop at 1306 E. Gentry Parkway for $500. Donuts will not be made there, but will be brought from the store on Front Street, the permit states.
Sign permits were filed by Heritage Baptist Church, 7720 S. Broadway Ave., $600, Leon's Signs, Inc.; Smith County Appraisal District, 245 SSE Loop 323, $6,000, Leon's Signs; and Rehab Med, 3110 Park Center Drive, $1,200, Direct Rehab Med, Leon's Signs.

Trent Williams Construction is building a 4,624-square-foot house at 6596 Furman Court for $374,811.
Trent Williams is also constructing a 4,213-square-foot home at 6566 Furman Court for $340,000.
Cherished Homes is constructing a 2,711-square-foot house at 1215 Cambridge Bend for $320,000. Starr Capital Investments, Ltd. is the contractor.
Mr. and Mrs. Michael Stern are remodeling and reconstructing a 2,400-square-foot home at 9405 Chisolm Trail for $30,000. Thompson Architectural, of Whitehouse, is the contractor.
Carolyn Swift is adding a storage building at 2406 Simpson Drive for $5,975. Atlan Building Systems is the contractor.
ARC Shiloh Pines filed permits for three mobile homes at 2525 Shiloh Road. ARC Management is the contractor.
Jernone Bearden filed a driveway permit for 1002 Willmington.
There were also five HVAC permits filed.
