Douglas R. Mehling Family Partnership Constructing $1.5 Million Commercial, Retail Center
Douglas R. Mehling Family Partnership No. 1, LP, of Whitehouse, is constructing a new $1.5 million commercial and retail center.
The Market at the Crossing will be a 17,742-square-foot facility at 2210 Three Lakes Parkway. Reid Construction, Inc. is the contractor.
American State Bank filed a grading permit to construct a new parking lot at 1116 Troup Highway for $200,000.
The Genecov Group is renovating an office building at Green Acres Shopping Village, 1855 Troup Highway, to accommodate a new restroom and two offices. Thompson Architectural Group, of Whitehouse, is the contractor for the $48,000 project.
The ATTK is adding 25 storage units, for a total of 7,500 square feet, at 2707 Shiloh Road. Tyler Building Systems is the contractor.
Jeff Longino is doing electrical work to an office space at 101 N. Spring Ave. for $1,000.
Heartland Financial Center is pouring a concrete pad at 501 Shelley Drive for $600. Brad Stephens is the representative and Keiser Electric is the contractor for the project.
Sign permits were filed by Will Parks DDS, MD, 815 S. Fleishel, $4,000, Design Center Sings, Inc.; Village Bakery, 111 E. Eighth St., $2,800, Betti Smith, Sign Mart; and Bling, 4720 S. Broadway Ave., $1,200, Lee Ann Melson, Design Center Signs.

Michael and Erin Allare are building a $90,000 pool at 225 Belmead Lane. Backyard Connection is the contractor.
Dr. Chad McNeil is adding a $76,000 pool at 1320 Bright Star Court. Pool and Spa Specialty is the contractor.
Blue Haven Pools is constructing a $60,000 pool at 1409 Royal Oak Drive.
Brent Alford is remodeling his 3,000-square-foot fire damaged home at 6112 Southerland for $53,000. Work includes roofing, framing, drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Specialty Restoration of TX is the contractor.
Jack Halle is adding a garage to his home at 7310 Hollytree Drive for $40,000. Bayless Custom Homes, Inc. is the contractor.
Jim Crane Homes, LLC, filed grading permits for 6523 and 6531 Emory Court.
ARC Shiloh Pines filed a permit for a mobile home at 2525 Shiloh Road. ARC Management is the contractor.
James Karkl is replacing one window at 4930 Trenton Drive for $630. THD At-Home Services is the contractor.
