Caldwell
The Musical - "Seussical Junior" will be presented at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. Thursday in Caldwell Auditorium. The actors will not be confined to the floor of the stage, as they move and interact on the whimsical set.
The Musical - "Seussical Junior" will be presented 10 a.m. Friday in Caldwell Auditorium.
The 10th Anniversary Homecoming Celebration will be 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. Friday. Former faculty and students are encouraged to tour the school during these hours, enjoy refreshments, and view a PowerPoint of Caldwell's history.
At 6 p.m. Friday the Musical - "Seussical Junior" will be held in the Caldwell Auditorium. All are invited to convene in Caldwell Auditorium for a special anniversary presentation. Immediately following, Caldwell students will present the musical "Seussical Junior" by Music Theatre International. All are welcome and admission is free.

College Representatives Visit the campus this week. Austin College will visit 8:45 to 11 a.m. and Baylor University from 2:15 to 3 p.m. in the college and career center.
Ramey
Ramey Elementary School fundraiser night is 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Spring Creek Barbeque, 5810 S. Broadway. Spring Creek will donate 20 per cent of the evening's proceeds to Ramey.
Rice
A book fair will be 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. this week in the library.
The Online Book Fair is new to Scholastic Book Fairs this year. You and your child can create and send wish lists to invite friends and family to participate in the Book Fair. There is an expanded book selection online -- from preschool to adult. Visit us at rice.tylerisd.org.
To encourage student participation we have a Vote-with-your change competition for Mrs. Tunnell, Media Technology Specialist, to dress as an Alien or a Space Ranger on Friday. All proceeds from this competition go towards our ONE for Books goal.
Grand friends are invited to join their favorite student for lunch and a trip to the book fair this week .
East Texas Area College Fair is 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Tyler Junior College in the Ornelas Health and PE Center.

Brook Hill
The Lower School Book Fair start today and runs through Friday.
Tuesday representatives from the University of Alabama, Samford, Austin College, and Shriner University will be available to Upper School students in the Sharawi Student Center during morning break.
From 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Lower School parents are invited to meet Wanda McClure, the LS Curriculum and Instruction Specialist in The Gathering Place.
Sixth grade students travel Wednesday to Fossil Rim/Dinosaur Valley State Park for an enrichment trip.
Kindergarten Thanksgiving Feast is at 11 a.m. Wednesday, and the Pre-K Feast is at 11:30.
Thursday morning the Lower School Cadet Singers perform at Mistletoe and Magic, the Upper School choir performs at 11 a.m. and the Middle School Choir at 1:30 p.m.
Moms in Touch meet at 8:30 a.m. Thursday in The Cabin, and Baylor representatives will be available to Upper School students during morning break on Thursday.
Friday is Grandparents' Day at the Lower School. There will be no Cadet Club that afternoon due to Lower School Early Release at 11:45 a.m. The BH Orchestra performs at Mistletoe and Magic at 11:30 Friday.
Thanksgiving Break begins Friday afternoon and school resumes on Monday the 28th.
Scholastic Book Fair will be open through Friday, November 18.
Gorman
The Bishop Gorman Booster Club November Meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday in the school cafeteria.
Gorman bookfair at Barnes & Noble: Shop at the Tyler store during Dec. 2-4 and mention Gorman during check out, the Holy Family Library will earn a percentage of the proceeds. Contact Mrs. Wellmon if you could work at the bookfair.
The PLAN Test will be given to all sophomores on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011, between 8:30 a.m. and noon in the Milam Joseph Center. All 10th grade students are to report to their first block class for attendance and then report to the Milam Joseph Center after announcements. Grace Community
Operation Christmas Child box collections begin Monday and will be collected through Nov. 21. Grace is the area collection so any group or individual may bring their boxes to the high school campus at 3001 University Blvd. Hours are, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. and noon - 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
The public performance of GCS One-Act plays is today in the Burgess Auditorium at the high school. Performances begin at 6:30 pm and admission is free.
The State One-Act Play Festival will be hosted by GCS again this year. Areas high school drama teams will compete Tuesday and Wednesday in the Burgess Auditorium. Results will be announced at the end of competition on Wednesday.
Emmy Nnyanzi, pastor from Uganda and Parental Care Ministries will be speaking for elementary chapel at 8 a.m. Tuesday. He will share the different ministries he is involved with in Uganda. He will speak to their Christian schools, orphanages, area church fellowship, building projects and sponsorship of children. Emmy will give an update from last year and give a picture of where they are currently and plans for the future.
Thursday the fifth grade class will present its wax museum. Children dress up as historical figures, set up vignettes and hold poses for visitors. The "museum" is opened from 8 to 9 a.m. at the elementary campus.
Kids' Kaleidoscope
Kids' Kaleidoscope's annual Thanksgiving Feast is Thursday and Friday at noon. The children will present a short musical program followed by a holiday meal. Families are invited to attend.
St. Gregory
The St. Gregory Children's Choir and Cathedral Strings will perform at Mistletoe and Magic on Thursday at 1 p.m.
The entire student body will gather for the annual Thanksgiving Feast on Friday at noon in the Carney Gym. Following the feast, parents will deliver food to the Salvation Army.
