Rose Festival History Lectures Set
The 1859 Goodman-LeGrand House and Museum is teaming up with past Rose Queens and Rose Festival historian Jill Ramey on Saturday for a special afternoon of lectures.
"Rose Festivals of Yesterday" lectures are scheduled for 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Saturday, to reflect on the history of the events.
Also Saturday, Susanna Carr is scheduled to sign her seventh and latest book, "The Mansfield Curse," slated next year to be made into a feature film.
The Goodman is located at 624 N. Broadway Ave.
