Church Arson Suspects Say They'll Plead Guilty

Two men charged with setting fire to several East Texas churches early this year told a Smith County judge this morning they will be pleading guilty to the crimes.
Jason Robert Bourque, 19, and Daniel George McAllister, 21, appeared before Judge Christi Kennedy in Smith County 114th District Court this morning with their defense attorneys.
The suspects' next scheduled court appearance is Wednesday, Dec. 15, at 3:30 p.m., at which time they are expected to officially enter their pleas.
