Beginning tonight, an additional Zumba class will be added to the lineup at Tyler’s Glass Recreation Center.

The dance class will now be offered three days per week: 9-10 a.m. on Mondays and Thursdays and 6:30-7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. The cost is $5 per class or $15 per month.

Zumba is a dance fitness program that combines Latin rhythms with simple dance moves. The easy-to-follow program includes interval and resistance training for a complete workout. For more information, call Glass Recreation Center Supervisor Ann Santana at 903-595-7271.
