TxDOT Toll Bills Reduced
Motorists who have not paid toll bills have limited time to utilize a Texas Department of Transportation offer to reduce fees.
If motorists pay outstanding tolls by Monday, TxDOT will waive 90 percent of administrative and collection fees accrued, the agency said. To receive the reduction, motorists must open a TxTag account.
After Monday, TxDOT said it will begin filing in court to collect tolls and fees.
The program does not apply to violations on toll roads operated by other entities.
Toll road users can check on the status of their accounts by contacting the TxTag Customer Service Center at 1-888-468-9824.
