Building Permits Issued

City building permits included one for a shell building to be used as retail space at 2701 SW Loop 323.

Other commercial building permits were for improvements for Coolie J's Restaurant, 1700 SSE Loop 323; city hall, 212 N. Bonner Ave.; Lifeway Christian Store, 5510 S. Broadway; Thunderkick Fitness, 5011 Troup Hwy. Suite 100; and East Texas Food Bank, 3201 Robertson Road.
