Wood County Hands Up Indictments
Brian Stephen Revilla, of Granite, Okla., is among the 38 people indicted by a Wood County grand jury last month. Revilla is charged with aggravated robbery of a Winnsboro pharmacy on Oct. 16.

Other true bills released Thursday are:

  • John D. Adams, Mineola, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, July 17;

  • Jackie Bearden, Winnsboro, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, enhanced, July 7;

  • A 27-year-old Mineola man, aggravated sexual assault of a child, Aug. 19;

  • Jacqueline Denise Boykin-Mosley, Grand Saline, two counts each of bail jumping and failure to appear, Sept. 14;

  • Wesley Ernest Brown, Pittsburg, possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver in a drug free zone, enhanced, July 23;

  • Margaret Ann Cagle, Quitman, assault causing bodily injury/family violence, Aug. 22;

  • Michel Adrian Davis, Yantis, prohibited substance in correctional facility, Aug. 31;

  • James Lee Early Jr., Yantis, assault causing bodily injury, Aug. 22;

  • Ryan Alan Gilbreath, Winnsboro, burglary of a habitation, Aug. 31;

  • Roger Dale Henderson, Quitman, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, May 29;

  • Bobby Hogue, Mineola, injury to a child, Nov. 21- Dec. 4, 2008;

  • 37-year-old Yantis man, indecency with a child/sexual act, July 3;

  • Michael David Johnson, Mineola, driving while intoxicated, third or more, May 31;

  • Nell Louise Johnson, Mineola, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, July 17;

  • Ethan Alan Landaverde, Van, unauthorized use of a vehicle, July 10;

  • Brian Todd Maples, Little Elm, failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, March 1;

  • Derrell Wayne McDowell, Mineola, two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, July 17;

  • Jeffrey Kyle Nicholson, Yantis, driving while intoxicated with child passenger, Sept. 18;

  • Abel Romo Palacios, Mineola, driving while intoxicated, third or more, June 28;

  • David Lynn Shelton, Tyler, assault causing bodily injury/family violence, March 6;

  • Bruce Smith, Gilmer, possession of controlled substance, Aug. 14;

  • Debra Sue Smith, Mineola, assault causing bodily injury/family violence, Sept. 2;

  • Nicholas Ross Swanson, Winnsboro, criminal mischief, July 6;

  • Howard Glen Weems, Winnsboro, driving while intoxicated, third or more, enhanced, Aug. 9.

  • Cases where there has not been an arrest were not released in this report.
