Tyler Dispatcher Killed In Friday Morning Wreck
A Friday morning wreck on Farm-to-Market Road 346 claimed the life of a Tyler dispatcher.
The two-vehicle accident occurred at 6:45 a.m. just west of County Road 2137 in Smith County.

Justy Daniels, 37, was traveling westbound on FM 346 in a 2006 Chrysler Sebring when she lost control, slid into the eastbound lanes and struck a 2003 International bus, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Ms. Daniels was pronounced dead by Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace Judge James Meredith, and her body was taken to Lloyd James Funeral Home in Tyler.
A DPS report stated that Ms. Daniels was wearing a seatbelt during the accident.
Michael Bookout, the driver of the bus, was not injured. According to DPS, he was the only person in the bus at the time.

Road conditions were wet and rainy and the posted speed limit is 55 mph.
The accident was investigated by Trooper Godwin and assisted by Sgt. Johnson.
