76th Annual Texas Rose Festival Parade Applications Now Available

Applications for the 76th Annual Texas Rose Festival Parade are now available at www.texasrosefestival.com or by calling 903-597-3130 x11.

The Parade is schedule for 9:30 a.m., Saturday, October 10, 2009 and is sponsored by the Tyler Morning Telegraph and will be televised by KYTX - CBS 19.
All entries must have public entertainment value. Participation in the Rose Parade is subject to the approval of the Strutters Executive Committee. Deadline for receipt of applications is September 1, 2009 and will not be extended.
Parade categories include: bands, drill teams, cheerleaders, antique cars, specialty cars, floats, horses, Shrine groups, twirlers, walking groups or general entries.
Tickets to all Texas Rose Festival events, including the Parade's west side seating at Trinity Mother Frances Stadium, will become available on September 2, 2009 at www.texasrosefestival.com or by calling 903-566-7424.
2009 Parade Sponsors include: Parade Sponsor, Tyler Morning Telegraph; Broadcast Sponsor, KYTX - CBS 19. Vehicle Sponsor, Classic Toyota.
