Upshur Grand Juries Hand Up Indictments
GILMER -- Two recent Upshur County grand juries handed up a combined 45 true billed cases to be prosecuted, including 22 sealed drug cases.
Katlin Godfrey, 22, Longview; possession with intent to deliver cocaine, delivery of controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.
Randall Eugene Hampton, 39, Gilmer; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Richard David Peek, 41, Ore City; possession with intent to deliver and possession of certain chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
A 40-year-old Ore City man for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
A 55-year-old Broken Bow Okla., man; aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child.
Sealed; aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
James Earl Buchanan, Jr., 22, Gilmer; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
James Lampkin Jr., 31, Gilmer; two counts of stalking.
Cary Buckner Fant IV, 34, Avinger; unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
Marvin Wayne Pollard, 32, Gladewater; possession of controlled substance and evading detention with a vehicle.
Jason Ray Geers, 35, Gilmer; unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and possession or transport of a certain chemical with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
Hazel Michell Evans, 41, Gilmer; possession of a controlled substance.
Terry Lee Ackley Jr., Gilmer; possession or transportation of a certain chemical with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
