Wood County Grand Jury Hands Up Indictments

A Wood County grand jury returned indictments April 16, including four that involved an alleged sexual assault of a child.
True bills were released to the public Thursday.
Indictments include:
A 32-year-old Alba man, sexual assault of a child, Oct. 15, 2008;
Andy Dee Baker, burglary of building with prior felony convictions, July 15, 2008;
David Levern Boren: 131 Choctaw, Quitman, driving while intoxicated, third or more, Feb. 6;
Miranda Faye Collins: 301 E. Cedar, Winnsboro, possession of marijuana in a drug free zone, March 2;
Glen Roy Dickens: 4054 CR 4560, Winnsboro, driving while intoxicated, third or more, Sept. 20, 2008;
Tammy Michelle Foreman, 6237 W. Farm-to-Market Road 557, Pittsburg, possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver, Oct. 2, 2008;
A 33-year-old Yantis man, aggravated sexual assault of a child, enhanced;
Magan Leesa Kuhlenbeck: 2101 N. Haskell, Dallas, possession of controlled substance, Feb. 9;
Gary Eugene Mauney: 514 Kilpatrick, Mineola, possession of controlled substance in a drug free zone, Dec. 2, 2008 and Nov. 7, 2008;
Dennis Chad Nichols: 1770 CR 2403, Winnsboro, possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver, Oct. 2, 2008;
Billy Chad Nolen: Blossom, burglary of a habitation, Dec. 19, 2008;
A 22-year-old Mineola man, indecency with a child/sexual contact June 16, 2008;
Amanda Suzanne Roberts: 145 CR 2263, Mineola, possession of controlled substance, Jan. 23;
Gregory Joseph Roebuck: 240 CR 4275, Winnsboro, possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver in drug-free zone, Oct. 14, 2008 and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Sept. 29, 2008;
Donald Ray Seats: 1909 CR 3155, Quitman, driving while intoxicated, third or more, Nov. 14, 2007;
A 20-year-old Flint man, sexual assault of a child, Jan. 2.
