Forestry Association Sponsoring Tour
Rusk/Smith County Forestry Landowners Association will sponsor a forestry tour on Saturday, said Mark Walters, association president.
The cost is $10 and includes lunch.
Stops will include the Anthony Chip Mill on County Road 2153 west of Texas Highway 135 between Troup and Arp and the Morby Tree Farm north of Troup off County Road 2147.

At the tree farm will be presentations on the Texas Forest Service Carbon Credit Program and medicinal values of plants and forest products followed by lunch, Walters said.
