Cori Smith of Van was named the most recent winner of TylerPaper.com's "Capture the Spirit" photo contest for the sixth week of high school football action in East Texas.

Due in part to the fact that most Tyler-area high school teams had last Friday night off, Mrs. Smith's photo of Grand Saline Indian cheerleaders taken at a pee wee football game last weekend was judged by a TylerPaper.com panel as the best among high school football photos submitted through "You Spotted," the public photo gallery section of the Tyler Paper's Web site.

Mrs. Smith won earlier in the year with a photo taken during the Van-Palestine high school game.

The contest runs through the final week of the regular season.

Weekly Winners

Each week during regular high school football season, TylerPaper.com will announce a winner (11 weekly winners) in the Tyler Morning Telegraph and here, on TylerPaper.com.

Grand Prize Winner

At the end of regular high school football season, all weekly winners will be entered into the Grand Prize contest.

One Grand Prize winner will be selected through public polling on TylerPaper.com and announced in the Tyler Morning Telegraph and here, on TylerPaper.com.
