UT Tyler Students Present Research
Students from The University of Texas at Tyler presented their research during the recent UT System Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation Research Conference at UT El Paso.

The students and their projects were: Dinorah Alamilla, Jacksonville junior, surface currents in high-velocity targets on radar; Dave Jenkins, Garland junior, reactive coatings: neutralizing decontaminating coatings for chemical warfare agents; Abby Roth, Wills Point senior, synthesis and characterization of silver nano-rods and nano-triangles; Jacki Hein, Kilgore senior, science education development; and Heather McBride, Tyler senior, characterizing the effect of reversible cyclic peptide length on the diameter-selective solubilization of carbon nano-tubes.
