Rose Festival Ladies in Waiting

Melissa Marie Wisenbaker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Royce E. Wisenbaker Jr. of Tyler, is a sophomore at The University of Colorado at Boulder, where she is majoring in journalism.

Miss Wisenbaker is a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Tyler. During high school, she was a member of the varsity golf team, the junior varsity volleyball team and the track team. She was a member of the French Club, Art Club, and she participated in Young Life. Miss Wisenbaker was named in Who's Who Among American High School Students and Who's Who Among American High School Students Sports Edition. She was a member of the Junior Symphony League of Tyler, where she received the Windsor Distinguished Service Award. Miss Wisenbaker has interned for Merrill Lynch and Martin & Walker Law Firm. She also attended Camp Mystic for girls in Hunt for nine years.
