Fifth Classic Car Show Set In Lindale
The Friends of the Lindale Library and sponsors Long Horn Ford and Lone Star Dodge of Mineola will bring the fifth Crossroads Classic Car Show to Lindale Pool Park from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 18. The venue features cars, trucks, bikes and tractors and is a judged show with merchant awards, dash plaques, door prizes, goody bags, driver's room and food.
Pre-registration is $15 on a form requested from Howardc@suddenlink.net. Registration at the gate is $20. Judging is scheduled for noon. Lindale is located at Interstate 20 and U.S. Highway 69 with signs to follow to Pool Park. Those needing overnight accommodations can contact the host hotel, LaQuinta Inn & Suites, for car show rates at 903-882-1600.
