LONGVIEW — Longview police credit the actions of neighbors in leading to an arrest of two on burglary charges.
On Wednesday, residents in the area of Covington and South Green streets reported two persons carrying large bags, said Kevin Brownlee, information officer.
When an officer attempted to speak to the men, they dropped the bags and ran.
