James Wins Van Zandt Title In Playoff
CANTON -- Tim James Jr. won the Van Zandt Country Club Golf Championship in a one-hole playoff Monday.
James defeated Jasno Shirey in the playoff.
James had a final round score of 70 for a 54-hole total of 220 (71-79-70). Shirey had a final round of 71 for a 220 (73-76-71).

Mark Cates was third at 222, while Gary Gutierrez was fourth at 223.
Other flight winners were Greg Germany (first), Scott Huddle (second) and Frank Williams (third).
